Withdrawals
Student Withdrawal Process:
- An appointment is not needed to come in to withdraw your student
- If you require copies of items from students' files, last report card, transcripts, etc., we need Two Full Business Days (weekends and holidays do not count) to process this request and have it in the front Office.
- This is NOT to process the Withdrawal; you need to come in person and pick up the paperwork, return the laptop, and complete the Withdrawal after the 2 full business days you request the paperwork.
Please fill out the Google Form below.
- Include the name of the student and the student's ID number
- School, City, and State of transfer
- Documents needed out of the student's file
- The parent/guardian who enrolled the student in the current high school needs to come into the front office for the withdrawal.
- Present ID and return any books, electronics, and other school materials to the media center.
- Complete and sign the withdrawal form at the front office
Questions:
- Can transcripts be emailed directly to the parent or the student?
- No, they cannot. They can be faxed, mailed, or picked up in person.
- Does my new school need to request records?
- A records request can be faxed to 407-250-6244 or emailed to katherine.condron@ocps.net.
