All students at WHS are permitted to take up to 3 credits per year online! Students are still required to keep their minimum classes on campus (for most grade levels that is 6 minimum unless the student is in dual enrollment). You can take courses online to to take more rigorous classes in your Junior and Senior years to keep you competitive for colleges. Taking online courses is absolutely NOT required, but most students take advantage of it to help prepare them. At WHS, we prefer that you take classes online through Orange County Virtual School. These courses are added to your skyward right away and helps us to better keep track of the classes you are doing.
