  • Student Services Clerk – Assists students daily in the student services offices and completes transcript requests: Katherine Condron –  katherine.condron@ocps.net
  • Graduation Coach and MTSS Intervention Coordinator – Serves those seeking new 504 or IEP Plans and/or students who are off track for graduation: Kristin Wilkin – Kristin.Wilkin@ocps.net
  • Staffing Specialists – For students that have an active IEP, the Staffing Specialist can answer any questions you may have about accommodations for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEP’s): Shannon Brown (Grades 11&12) – Shannon.Brown@ocps.net & Samantha Buxbaum (Grades 9 & 10) – Samantha.Buxbaum@ocps.net
  • 504 Coordinator – For students with an active 504, the 504 Coordinator can answer any questions you may have about accommodations for students with a 504 Plan: Renee Graham – Renee.Graham@ocps.net
  • AP/Cambridge AICE Coordinator – Coordinates AP testing and communication with College Board for AP Courses, SAT, and the AP Capstone Diploma Program. Coordinates the AICE department and AICE Diploma program at Windermere High School. Coordinates ACT testing on campus: Amanda Newcomer – Amanda.Newcomer@ocps.net
  • Testing Coordinator – Coordinates all State of Florida testing and can answer questions concerning the administration of standardized testing for FSA ELA, FSA EOC’s, and FCLE: Ivana Cruz Vergara – Ivana.CruzVergara@ocps.net 
  • ESOL Compliance & Support Specialist – Ensures the standards and practices are met for ESOL students: Roxana Hernando – Roxana.Hernando@ocps.net
  • Career Specialist (Orange Technical College) – Can answer questions about the various CTE courses and certifications that are offered at Windermere High School or through dual enrollment at Orange Technical College: Benjamin Tarantur – Benjamin.Tarantur@ocps.net
  • The Student Support Office uses a coordinated, team‑based approach to assist students who may be at risk and to engage their families in meaningful support. Services offered through Student Support include prevention programs related to alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs; bullying prevention initiatives; peer mediation and conflict resolution; homeless advocacy; crisis intervention and follow‑up support; and partnerships with community service providers.
