Windermere High 2018 - 2019 New Student Registration

Registration Process for parents:

  1. Visit student enrollment website at: https://www.ocps.net/departments/student_enrollment and review enrollment procedures.

  2. Download a copy of the registration packet from the student enrollment website above and complete all pages.

  3. Use the checklist to ensure you have all proper documentation.

    1. Student Birth Certificate, parent drivers license

    2. Immunizations need to be on form 680 and be a code 2 or code 8 to enroll.

    3. Transcripts preferred. Minimum of 4th quarter report card from previous school is required.

    4. Copy of any IEP or 504 documents

    5. Proof of residency

      1. Current Homestead exemption card, Property tax statement or Current lease. Must be signed by leasor and leasee. No third party leases

      2. Copy of water or electric bill

        Please note: A contract on a future home is not sufficient. You will need to make an appointment at student enrollment with OCPS: http://enrollment.ocps.net or call 407 317-3233 prior to making an appointment with the school.

    6. Proof of Guardianship

      1. If adults enrolling the student are not the parent names on the birth certificate then the following will be needed:

        1. Court custody documentation including divorce decree and parenting plan

        2. If documents are not available then you will need to make an appointment at student enrollment with OCPS: http://enrollment.ocps.net or call 407 317-3233 prior to making an appointment with the school.

  4. Make an Appointment with Windermere High School by using the following website: https://registrationwhs.youcanbook.me/

  5. Arrive at appointment with all documentation listed above.

  6. At the conclusion of the registration, you will schedule the next meeting with the guidance counselor. We apologize that this is not the same day but in order to provide the best service the guidance meeting needs to be at a later date.
