Community Service

There are three important steps you must complete for community service.
  • #1 - Submit Community Service Proposal for approval.
  • #2 - Receive approval to begin your project.
  • #3 - Submit your Community Service Log and Refection with hours completed and the supervisor's signature.

Community service plans and documentation have recently changed. Please see the link below for the new community service hours requirements: Community Service Form

Once you complete the Community Service Form , you will submit the completed form using the Community Service Approval Request. Requests will be checked on Thursdays throughout the months of June and July. You will receive an email approving or denying your community service request.

Once your project is complete, you must submit the final record of hours using the Community Service Final Submission in order for your hours to be recorded. You MUST have prior authorization to begin a project before you can accumulate hours.
