Other FAQ’s/ Relevant Information
Cost and Payment- Payment must be made the day of the purchase via school pay at the time that the hanger is handed to the student. Cost will be $100 for the year. Payment will be done through Schoolpay.
General Information- Individual spaces will not be reserved this year. However, we will have reserved senior parking in the first 4 or 5 rows depending on the number of hangers sold. The “seniors only” section will be designated by lime colored bumpers and matching hangers.
Parking Spot Painting- Although spots will not be “reserved,” seniors will be permitted to paint a spot in the senior section. Senior parking spot painting will tentatively take place on Saturday, August 14th, from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Although spots are not reserved, we ask that seniors try to avoid parking in painted spaces in the senior section if unpainted spots are available so students can park in the spaces they painted when possible.
Explanation of Senior Parking Policy (No Reserved Spots)- Because so many students will be coming and going during the day, reserving individual spaces for students who will only be using them for a few periods a day, would leave many spaces vacant during the day and not allow as many students as possible to park on campus. This would put an extra transportation burden on students who need to travel to off-campus dual-enrollment classes, jobs, and other commitments.
