Parents must access the form on the school website or via the ConnectEd. The form will be sent before each test administration and will only be good for October 13, 2021. Students must have turned in the form PRIOR to test day.
Parent Procedures
Print and sign the attached form, and indicated the students testing location for October 13, 2021.
Send the form with your student to school or email the form to [email protected]
When the student’s entire room is done testing, the student should text you, to let you know they are done, if the student is being picked up.
Parents should not come to school until your student has texted you that their test is complete, in order to limit time spent in the car line and number of parents waiting. When you arrive at school, stay in your car, and text your student. The student’s proctor will check the master attendance roster, which will indicate that the student has permission to leave campus.
Students will check in with door monitors at the student parking lot exit doors and be permitted to leave campus.
It is not necessary for parents to come into the front office, as long as the student has the signed form and text message.
If a student has not completed the form, a parent/guardian will need to come to the main office and follow normal sign out procedures.
